My consulting areas 

I advise mid-sized to large companies on the below outlined sub-areas of the circular economy across the common types of wastes and recyclables, in market and legal monitoring and with respect to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) – in German, English and French, in national and international projects.

Circular business models 

Which innovative and economical business models can be developed through the circular economy for your business? In addition to the now well-known sharing platforms and product service systems, I use the 22 circular business models of the Circular Economy Initiative Germany to illustrate, reflect and identify business opportunities for your operations based on scientific research and tested analysis methods.

Process analysis and optimization of operational disposal processes

What optimization potential is hidden in your disposal processes? Across all waste types, I support you in making the current processes in your company transparent and understandable: from the initial occurrence until recycling, I record and visualize the entire disposal route for the subsequent, key figure-based determination of potential for cost reduction and increased efficiency.

Disposal data & KPIs: collect, understand, manage

You cannot manage what you don’t measure? Collecting reliable data from operational waste and recyclables management is not only relevant for CSRD reporting, but also as a basis for monitoring and optimizing your disposal processes. I support you in collecting the relevant data, understanding it and managing it.

Digitalization of disposal processes 

Do you need support in digitizing your disposal processes? As an interface between developers, disposal companies and other process participants, I translate between IT and disposal-specific jargon and make sure your project stays on track. I take over project management or work packages in conception and implementation.

My strengths and competencies 

 > 5 years of consulting experience in operational waste and recyclables management: specialist expertise in optimizing disposal processes and their digitalization in a Europe-wide contex

 > 2 years of experience in educational work on the topic of circular economy, including. as a university lecturer at HFU Business School and in the development and implementation of courses and other offers for training and further education in the company sector 

Certified process manager

Trilingual, business fluent and strong communication skills with CE-related specialist vocabulary: German, English, French 

International professional experience in the EU and Asia and intercultural skills acquired during multiple long-term stays abroad
